Staffing Coordinator
Local Company has an Immediate Opening for a Staffing Coordinator! Responsibilities include all aspects of Hiring, from Interview to Job Offer.
Must be able to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and planning to provide a qualified candidate pool.
Serve as the single point-of-contact for customers.
Required skill sets for this position include:
knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and various attraction and selection techniques.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and to utilize customized applicant tracking systems.
Able to manage client relationships Fast paced environment with emphasis on time management and quick response time.
Possess strong project management and recruiting experience.
Experience a plus.
